Marketing Advice - MaxVisor is not a "one size fits all" approach to grain marketing. Given today's volatility and uncertainty, and considering the extreme difference between farm operations, MaxVisor recognizes that marketing advice should be tailored to your operation's individual needs.

All new MaxVisor clients are evaluated to determine their MaxVisor Risk Profile which includes consideration of numberous physical and financial aspects. We feel strongly that any approach to marketing must begin with this important first step because different risk profiles not only help dictate preferred marketing action, but also the means of accomplishing that action.

Actual marketing recommendations are made in cash market terms, with futures and options alternatives also provided. Recommendations include marketing of actual production (multiple years), as well as basis and spread recommendations.

Importantly, MaxVisor has no preference or bias regarding what company you sell your production to. You are encouraged to seek out - and it is our responsibility to help with this - the buyer(s) that allow you to maximize your bottom line.

Trading Advice- Although not for everybody, for those clients wanting to trade futures and options. MaxVisor makes frequent trading recommendations that can be executed through your choice of brokers. Our goal is to offer trading suggestions that, in the overall picture, help harness the risks you face, and offer an attractive risk/reward scenario.

MaxVisor is able to utilize their relationship with affiliated FS companies, and provide up to date market outlooks on key inputs including fuel costs and fertilizer.

Crop Insurance - Whether you choose to work with an agent from our affiliated crop insurance company, COUNTRY® Financial, or with a company of your choosing, MaxVisor offers insight and suggestions regarding crop insurance coverage. The details of your coverage will be a critical component of the crop marketing plan that we ultimately recommend for you.

Market Information - Latest fundamental and technical data and commentary are only a few mouse clicks or a phone call away. In addition, historical information is available, and we always welcome your questions and thoughts regarding past, present or future market behavior.

MaxVisor clients are assigned a local MaxVisor Representative (MVR) that is expected to be intimately familiar with your operation and its current marketing status. This is made possible through the use of the MaxVisor hedge accounting platform as well as the analysis of your MaxVisor Risk Profile.

Because of the MVR's familiarity with your region and the marketing alternatives that are available to you, he is able to help you maximize the profitability of the financial decisicions you face on a daily basis.

 Hedge Accounting - This service enables you and your MaxVisor Representative to see, at a glance, a summary of your personalized marketing data. This is critical in order to allow MaxVisor to make the most informed recommendations possible. This data includes sales to date, up to the minute value of unsold inventory, futures and options trades (both open and closed), average sales price, gross per acre, cost summaries, and breakeven calculations.

Professional Services - We recognize that financial, legal, and relationship counseling issues can arise at any time, and that timely answers to your questions are often needed. With this in mind, MaxVisor has entered into an agreement with the firm Guidance Resources, which offers professional advice that you can access around the clock, trusting that all communication is completely confidential.

We communicate with you on a timely and state of the art basis. 

The degree of contact is decided by you, the MaxVisor client, and consists of the following:

 Frequent Voice Recordings- summarizing key information and conclusions (delivered as needed but seldom more than once a day.)

 Phone Conversations and face-to-face meetings- with your MaxVisor Representative.

Periodic Webcasts or Conference Calls- to discuss USDA reports and topics such as basis behavior, weather, options mechanics, legislative updates, etc.

Cash Marketing Recommendations- (as well as futures and options trade recommendations for those wanting them.)

Daily (pre-opening and closing) commentary- delivered to you through e-mail.

Futures prices (10 minute delay) and breaking news- 
including USDA report highlights, can be texted to your cell phone.
